Our take
Fresha is a full salon suite: online booking, payments and client management, plus a consumer marketplace where clients find and book salons. For a new salon the marketplace can be a real source of bookings.
That comes at a price. Fresha charges a one-off 20% fee on new clients who find you through its marketplace, and payment processing fees apply. Fresha used to be free; it now offers a 7-day trial and paid plans for independents and teams.
Our UK prices for Fresha (£14.95 a month for Independent and £9.95 per bookable team member for Team, both ex VAT) come from third-party guides and haven't yet been confirmed on Fresha's own UK page, so check before you sign up.
