Microsoft Bookings review: pricing, features and who it suits
Our verdict Worth using if you already pay for an eligible Microsoft 365 plan, because it costs nothing extra and adds Teams links. Otherwise there are easier and more flexible tools.

Our take
Microsoft Bookings isn't sold on its own. It comes with Microsoft 365 Business Basic and Business Standard, so for many organisations it's already paid for. It works with Outlook and creates Microsoft Teams meeting links, which suits businesses that run on Microsoft.
The compromises are well known: it's clunky to set up, customisation is limited, and payment options are weak compared with dedicated booking software.
We've recorded Microsoft's US prices for the plans that include Bookings; UK Microsoft 365 prices weren't checked in this research pass.
